Yes, it's true, we are giddy about planning amazing vacations, but our very favorite thing is knowing what these trips mean to you and your family. Whether it's time away as a couple, reconnecting with your kids, experiencing new places, or going on new adventures; we are so thankful for each trip and the enjoyment of life it represents.

We had a great time. It was very hot and very crowded (as we expected for this time of year). Our next trip will NOT be in the summer J
All the character meals were great. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at Cinderella’s castle. The magic bands were great, and the ability to book fast passes ahead of time was so nice! I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your help, you really made the process easy for us and I will definitely contact you again for our next trip!
Thanks so much for helping us with our trip because we had a blast. We ended up not doing 6 days we took Saturday off and stayed at the house and let the girls lay around and swim with their cousins that live in Orlando. We were all so tired by the end of the 5th day we just couldn't do anymore time at the parks. We never got to see Elsa and Anna because the fast passes were booked and the line was 3-5 hours which we weren't doing. Luckily the kids didn't say much about not seeing them. When I asked our youngest daughter which was her favorite her answer is, "Everything!" We enjoyed Universal as much as we enjoyed Disney. The girls liked getting a wand and Butterbeer in Harry Potter world and they liked the rides that got you wet. We got Express Passes for us to use on all the rides at Universal once except for about 3 rides that didn't have an Express line and they were worth the extra money to not have to stand in any lines, especially with the baby that couldn't ride a lot of the rides at Universal, because we were able to go in two groups to ride the rides without having to wait very long. The trip was perfect. I highly recommend the resort. The staff treats you like royalty. Everyone is so kind and does everything to please you and to be sure you don't lift a finger- from the time we arrived to our departure. The resort is a Ritz Carlton Reserve sitting on 1400 acres of land. There is a bike trail that goes all round the resort. We rode it every day. There are only 2 of these reserves in the world. They are working on building a 3rd. You can actually live on the reserve - million dollar homes. I'm telling you it is breath taking. Extremely upscale but everyone is so nice. It is very expensive, though. I recommend renting a car to be able to drive to different places for food and excursions.The food at the resort is delicious. Just very expensive. That is what we did and it was totally worth it. They rented it for us and had it brought to the resort. We spent one day at the rainforest and then the evening in Old San Juan. That was amazing and I definitely recommend seeing the rainforest. The spa is absolutely fabulous. It sits on 5 acres of land and is so beautiful and relaxing. I had an incredible experience there but again very expensive. I told Dean I wanted to soak in every moment because I don't think we will have another trip like that. You are completely pampered by the staff. I will send you some pictures from my phone. Dean has more on his phone that I will send to you later. We loved this trip.. and I will say the dining plan and the magic bands, mainly fast pass option, made our trip the best ever! Overall, such a wonderful trip. We started Mac out on Dumbo, then Barnstormer, then Thunder Mountain(where he cried, laughed then cried again and said "I not do that one again ever mommy"... then Splash Mountain... laughter all the way, got off that one and said, "lets do thunder mountain again!" I thought WHAT!?! It was amazing from there! He is a little thrill seeker. He LOVED everything we did! Finally loved the characters by the time we got to Garden Grill:)... Waved at every mechanical character in the rides...never a complaint.. happy as a lark. Loved STAR WARS area the very best, of course!
